1. Is KeepMyMarbles.com a free service?

YES! Thanks to our advertisers, our service is free of charge. All we ask is that you spread the word around about our great service. We never sell your email address to anyone, not even our advertisers.  We hate SPAM as much as you do.

2. When I view my documents and receipts, I can view my document. Are they encrypted?

Yes. After you upload your document or receipt, it is automatically encrypted. You, the user, do not see any of this as this is all transparent to you. After you document is uploaded, it is sitting on our servers encrypted. And the only way that you can read your document is by loggin in and your document is automatically de-crypted on the fly.

3. Can I view my documents encrypted?

You can email your documents in the "my documents" page to yourself or anyone. To have the encrypted version ( the version of your document installed on our server) emailed to you, simply check the "Send Encrypted" check box when you are in the email document screen.  You will receive your document encrypted.  But this document will be no good to anyone except KeepMyMarbles.com as we do the encryption and decryption on the fly so you can view your documents.  This feature was added so you can see that your documents are truly encrypted on KeepMyMarbles.com
